the hotel was fairly clean, staff was very polite. they gave us a twin room with a view. the location seemed prime and particularly good moderately to high-priced chinese restuarants.

I stayed 1 night and will come back when visiting Philippines. The service was good, it had a good seaside restaurant. The location of the hotel was nice - relatively near Senate of the Philippines. The sky bar was a delightful surprise.

Some rooms had a terrace with a city view, which we didn't have. But hey, that's just our personal preference.
